Six Week Introductory Training in Mindfulness

This course blends ancient Buddhist wisdom with current research, verified mental training and self-compassion strategies.

Full participation in the course and homework can help you learn to develop a curious, non-judgemental attitude towards your experiences:

Each week has a different theme and will involve both group discussion along with practising formal guided meditation and mindfulness techniques.

The six week course is £180.

 

Individual Coaching and Consultation

In addition to the six week SIT Course, I can offer individual coaching and consultations on a one-to-one basis, tailored to your individual needs.

This charged at £45 per hour and will take place in your home unless agreed otherwise.

I can travel to any place in East Anglia although travel costs may need to be covered depending upon distance from Ipswich. Travel is charged at £0.50 per mile.

Group / Company Courses

Ideal for groups of five to ten people, taster and full six week SIT courses can be arranged to suit your needs, helping enhance the well-being of your employees.

The course will be delivered at your choice of location - you just need to provide a room suitable for the numbers attending.
