‘Mindfulness’ has stormed into our everyday language in recent years. It’s often described as ‘being in the present’, and while that’s true, its potential reaches far deeper.

Lasting change in life begins on the other the other side of awareness. Mindfulness training cultivates awareness across many spheres of our experience. For many of us, trauma or the cumulative weight of life events can pull us away from our core self. That inner sense of alignment fades, and we lose touch with our intuition. When functioning becomes the priority, it can demand all our energy. Dreams and goals we once held quietly slip beneath the surface.

But, what if you could begin to peel away the inner and outer clutter, (the mental fabrication), through deep awareness training? Over time, this process reveals more of your authentic self. Can you feel the tug of your inner voice, buried but persistent, calling you into greater alignment?

Hi I’m Belinda.

I bring over twenty five years’ experience in primary education, ESL teaching, instrumental performance and teaching, and mental health work. I’ve been a long-term mindfulness practitioner to support my own wellbeing, and since qualifying in 2018 it’s been my passion to help others cultivate greater awareness and compassion in their lives.

Mindfulness is known to improve focus, reduce stress, increase relaxation, and build resilience through self-compassion. These benefits can greatly enhance wellbeing, but I can attest through personal experience that it can take us even further, unlocking deeper potential.

Through committed practice in mindfulness I rediscovered my musical voice. Having taken to instruments young, I reached professional levels, but subconscious limiting beliefs and life events took my focus elsewhere. It prevented it from being the default focus it otherwise would have been. I spent decades giving virtually no attention to the instruments, life was taken up juggling careers, with barely any mention of the fact I was a musician. Mindfulness led me back to my core, and in doing so, I reclaimed the deepest expression of my soul.
