The HMB Course

Hello, I’m Belinda and I offer the HMB Course. I have been an IMTA certified mindfulness teacher with the Mindfulness Training Institute since 2018. Prior to this I had explored meditation and mindfulness alongside Primary School teaching and my professional music career. I have worked in Secondary Mental Health since 2016, and in 2025 I completed the 5X Coaching Course with the Euphoric Coaching Academy.

Course Overview

This course blends ancient Buddhist wisdom with current research, verified mental training and self-compassion strategies. Each week has a different theme and will involve discussion along with practising formal guided meditation and mindfulness techniques.

By learning to develop a curious, non-judgemental attitude towards your experiences we can:

  • Enhance mental and physical wellbeing
  • Work more productively and creatively
  • Develop and practice self-compassion
  • Create a deeper sense of calm
  • Get in touch with your inner voice
  • Help identify your own creative outlet for self-expression
